Seeds - 7 Pot Primo Chocolate

The 7 Pot Primo Chocolate is an extremely hot Capsicum chinense variety and a natural chocolate mutation of the legendary Trinidad 7 Pot Primo. It produces heavily wrinkled pods that ripen from green to a rich dark brown colour, often developing the distinctive long scorpion-like stinger tail that the Primo lineage is known for.

This variety is renowned for its extreme heat, typically ranging from 1,000,000 to 1,800,000 Scoville Heat Units, delivering an intense immediate burn with a long-lasting effect. Pods have a strong smoky, fruity, and earthy flavour profile, making them highly sought after for ultra-hot sauces, powders, seasoning blends, and other superhot products.

Plants are vigorous and highly productive in warm growing conditions, performing best in full sun with rich, well-draining soil. Due to the heavy pod set and large fruit size, staking or plant support is recommended. Average harvest time is approximately 100–120 days from transplanting.
