The Big Peach Mamma is an extremely hot Capsicum chinense variety known for its large elongated pods and pimply rough textured skin, Pods ripen to a rich peach colour and are highly regarded for combining intense superhot heat with a strong fruity flavour profile.

Originally selected as a peach-coloured mutation from the Big Black Mama lineage bred by Troy Primeaux, the Big Peach Mamma has become one of the most recognised peach superhot varieties in the chilli world. The variety is known for producing large heavily wrinkled pods with thick walls and an intense lingering burn that commonly exceeds 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units.

The flavour is sweet, fruity, slightly floral, and citrus-forward before the extreme heat rapidly develops. Due to its combination of appearance, flavour, and heat, the Big Peach Mamma is highly sought after for premium hot sauces, powders, mash production, and superhot breeding projects.
