Despite its small size, the Yellow Thai Birdseye delivers an intense fast-hitting heat typically ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville Heat Units. The flavour is fresh, citrusy, slightly earthy, and highly aromatic, making it ideal for Thai curries, stir-fries, sauces, sambals, soups, and chilli pastes.
