The 7 Pot Brain Strain Yellow is an extremely hot Capsicum chinense variety producing heavily textured, brain-like pods that ripen to a bright yellow colour. Pods typically have a fruity, citrus-forward flavour with an intense lingering heat. Plants are vigorous and highly productive in warm conditions, producing medium to large wrinkled pods throughout the season. Best suited to experienced chilli growers due to the extreme heat level. Commonly used for hot sauces, powders, and fresh superhot applications.
