Seeds - Gator Jigsaw

The Gator Jigsaw is an extremely rare Capsicum chinense superhot variety known for its brutal heat, heavily wrinkled pods, and unusual mustard to olive-yellow colouring. Pods are large, dimpled, and often coated in visible capsaicin oils, delivering an intense lingering burn believed to rival or exceed the Carolina Reaper.

The flavour profile is earthy, floral, slightly sweet, and subtly melon-like beneath the extreme heat. Due to its aggressive appearance and intense burn, the Gator Jigsaw is highly prized for ultra-hot sauces, powders, mash, and other extreme chilli products.

Some growers also speculate the variety may share genetic links with Pepper X due to its appearance and heat level.
