The Golden Reaper is an ultra-hot Capsicum chinense variety and a highly sought-after colour variant of the world-famous Carolina Reaper. It produces large heavily wrinkled golden-peach pods with aggressive scorpion-like stinger tails and is known for its extreme heat combined with a surprisingly sweet fruity flavour profile.

Pods ripen from green to golden tones and commonly exceed 1,500,000 Scoville Heat Units, delivering an intense long-lasting burn comparable to the hottest chillies in the world. Beneath the extreme heat, the flavour is notably sweet, fruity, citrus-forward, and slightly floral.

Due to its intense heat and rich flavour, it is highly valued for fiery hot sauces, salsas, marinades, powders, and other extreme chilli products where both colour and heat are desired.
