Seeds - Naga Viper

The Naga Viper is a legendary Capsicum chinense superhot variety created in England by grower Gerald Fowler from a three-way cross between the Naga Morich, Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), and Trinidad Scorpion. It gained worldwide attention after briefly holding the Guinness World Record for the world’s hottest chilli.

Pods ripen from green to deep blood red and develop heavily wrinkled, twisted skin with aggressive superhot characteristics. Heat levels commonly range from 1,000,000 to over 1,300,000 Scoville Heat Units, delivering a delayed lingering burn typical of Ghost Pepper genetics that rapidly builds into an intense full-mouth heat.

Despite the brutal heat, the flavour profile is notably fruity with tangy undertones and subtle hints of blueberry beneath the burn. Its rich flavour and extreme heat make the Naga Viper highly sought after for premium hot sauces, powders, mash, flakes, and ultra-hot chilli products.
