The Yellow Fever is an extreme Capsicum chinense superhot variety believed to be a natural yellow variant of the King Naga. It is highly regarded for its intense heat, heavy production, and vibrant citrus-forward flavour profile.

Pods ripen from green to a bright vivid yellow and develop heavily wrinkled skin with compact bumpy shapes typical of Naga genetics. Heat levels commonly range between 1,000,000 and 1,200,000 Scoville Heat Units, delivering a savage lingering burn balanced by fruity, citrusy, and slightly acidic undertones.

The plants are vigorous and highly productive, commonly reaching around 1.2 metres tall under warm growing conditions.

Due to its bright flavour and brutal heat, the Yellow Fever is highly sought after for yellow hot sauces, powders, mash, flakes, and other premium superhot chilli products.
